WHOIS
WHOIS can be used to find out who owns a domain name or an IP address. You can search by either domain name or by IP address to find out who has registered the address. You should be able to find an Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, and Billing Contact. Click on links to find a website where you can do a WHOIS search.
